White-label widgets (agency)

If you run an agency, you manage one client site per website you look after. Each site provisions its own public site ID — the data-site value the widget snippets key off — so every client’s lead forms, chat, booking, reviews, and pixel data stay scoped to that client.

This is a Multi-Site feature. See What’s in each plan for the tier line.

Manage client sites at Settings → Sites (/settings/sites). It’s one row per client website. From here you:

  • create a new client site (which mints its public_site_id),
  • copy the ready-to-paste install snippet for any widget kind on that site, and
  • archive a site you no longer manage.

The same widget kinds are available per site: pixel, form, chat, book, reviews, bar, and popup.

  1. Open Settings → Sites.
  2. Find the client’s site row.
  3. Click Get install code, pick the widget kind, and copy the snippet. It carries that client’s site ID, so the data routes to the right place automatically.

Per-account branding (brand color and logo) lives in Settings → Branding — see Site & branding settings. Widgets pick up your configured copy and colors through their data-* options (see Configuring a widget); for example the Notification Bar takes background and text colors you can match to each client’s brand.
