Photography

Photography runs on the Service Pro base, but it’s tuned for studio work rather than field-service trades. The unit of work is a Shoot, bookings are Sessions, and you sell Packages.

Photography uses a tailored Service Pro nav — no crew or dispatch board, with packages promoted instead:

  • Dashboard — jobs (shoots) today, unpaid invoices, active clients
  • Jobs (your Shoots)
  • Appointments (your Sessions)
  • Clients
  • Packages — the bundles you sell
  • Invoices
  • Estimates
  • Activity

Because it’s the Service Pro base, the dashboard leads with today’s jobs — your shoots on the schedule — then Jobs today, Unpaid invoices, and Active clients tiles. See Service Pro for the shared detail.

  1. A client books a Session — through your public booking page or booking widget, or by hand.
  2. You attach a Shoot to the booking and pick a Package.
  3. You send an estimate if the scope needs quoting, then bill with an invoice and a Stripe payment link.
  4. The shoot tracks across the job board from booked to delivered.
