Plan caps
Each plan includes a set of caps: how many contacts you can store, how many sites (verticals) you can run, and how many team seats are included. Higher plans raise the ceilings; Multi-Site Unlimited removes them.
Caps by plan
Section titled “Caps by plan”| Plan | Contacts | Sites | Included seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 100 | 1 | 1 |
| Pro | 5,000 | 1 | 1 |
| Power Lister | 25,000 | 1 | 5 |
| Multi-Site | 100,000 | 25 | 10 |
| Multi-Site Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
- Contacts is the number of client / contact records you can store.
- Sites is the number of sites or verticals you can run from one account. Free through Power Lister are single-site; Multi-Site is the agency plan.
- Seats is the number of team members included. You can add more beyond the included count — see below.
What happens at the ceiling
Section titled “What happens at the ceiling”When you reach a cap, VertaFlow blocks the action that would cross it rather than silently letting you over. For example, inviting a teammate past your included seats is refused server-side, and the team panel shows an add-a-seat prompt instead of completing the invite.
To get past a cap you either:
- Add the resource as an add-on where one exists — extra seats are $15/mo each (see Add-ons & extra seats), or
- Upgrade to the next plan, which raises every cap at once. See Upgrading & downgrading.
Contact and site ceilings are not sold à la carte — to raise those, move up a plan. Multi-Site Unlimited removes all three ceilings.
