Studio Build & the bundle

VertaFlow is the CRM. Studio Build is the website — a separate, one-time product. You can have one, the other, or both. When you take both, the bundle throws in perks.

Studio Build (the website)

Studio Build is a custom-built site shipped in 5 days, no templates, starting at $999 one-time. For what it delivers and how the build runs, see Studio Build sites. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription — it doesn’t put you on a VertaFlow plan by itself.

The bundle: Studio Build + VertaFlow

When you buy a Studio Build, you get the Studio Build + VertaFlow Bundle perks:

• Studio Build — your custom site (from $999).
• 60 days of VertaFlow Pro free — the web-design client perk. Your account runs on full Pro access for 60 days, then $19/mo if you keep it.
• 1 Power Lister citation run included — one round of directory / citation submissions.
• CRM data migration included — we bring your existing client data into VertaFlow for you.

Website add-ons

Studio Build pairs with optional recurring add-ons. These are website / marketing services, separate from your VertaFlow plan:

• Edge Hosting — $39.99/year. Global hosting on Cloudflare’s edge: sub-50ms time-to-first-byte, automatic SSL, DDoS protection, unlimited bandwidth.
• Local SEO — three tiers, the ongoing traffic plan:
  • Starter — $99/mo. Google Business Profile setup & management, citation / NAP cleanup, monthly rank + traffic report, review monitoring.
  • Growth — $150/mo (most popular). Everything in Starter plus local keyword tracking, on-page optimization, 1 blog post/month, GBP posts, and Edge hosting included. 6 months free with a new website build, then $150/mo.
  • Pro — $299/mo. Everything in Growth plus 4 content pieces/month, multi-location support, competitor tracking, conversion-rate optimization, and priority edits.
• Hands-Off Plan — $79/mo. The edits plan, not the traffic plan: text or email any change to your existing site — copy tweaks, new photos, hours, prices, posts you wrote — and we publish it within 24 hours. Includes 1 editorial hour/month. No SEO or content writing — that’s Local SEO.

When a contract is eligible for add-ons, they’re offered as a step in the signing flow — pick Hands-Off or one Local SEO tier (they’re mutually exclusive), and optionally Edge Hosting. See Sending a contract.

CRM data migration

Bundle clients get their existing client data migrated into VertaFlow as part of the deal — you don’t have to re-key contacts by hand. If you’re importing on your own instead, see Clients (Contacts) for the import flow.

Which do I need?

• Just the CRM? Start a VertaFlow plan — no website purchase required.
• Just a website? Buy a Studio Build; the bundled Pro perk is yours to use or ignore.
• Both? Take the bundle and get the 60-day Pro perk, a citation run, and migration on top of the build.
