Security settings
Settings → Security is the single home for everything that protects your account. It gathers your password, sign-in methods, two-factor, passkeys, and push notifications into one screen, top to bottom.
(There’s also a standalone /security page for deep links; the gear-icon path is the primary one.)
Password
Section titled “Password”The first card. What it shows depends on whether you already have a password:
- No password yet (you signed up with a magic link) → Set a password. Enter a new one — 10 characters minimum. This adds password sign-in without removing magic link.
- Password set → Change password. Enter your current password and a new one. Changing it signs out your other sessions for safety.
Sign-in methods
Section titled “Sign-in methods”An inventory of every way you can get in — email & password, magic link (always on), Google (connect/disconnect), and passkeys (count + jump link). Each shows an On / Off badge. See Sign-in methods.
Two-factor authentication
Section titled “Two-factor authentication”Turn on a 6-digit code at sign-in. Requires a password first. Full steps in Two-factor authentication.
Passkeys
Section titled “Passkeys”Add or remove Face ID / Touch ID / Windows Hello / hardware-key sign-in. Full steps in Set up passkeys.
Push notifications
Section titled “Push notifications”Opt in to native browser notifications for new tickets, paid invoices, and booked appointments.
- In the Push notifications card, click Enable push.
- Allow notifications when your browser asks.
- The badge flips to On. Disable any time from the same card.
