Feature locked / upgrade prompts
If a feature is greyed out or shows a message like “available on Pro and above,” it’s gated by your plan. Here’s how gating works and how to unlock it.
Why it’s locked
Section titled “Why it’s locked”Every feature maps to a plan tier. Free includes the lead-capture surface (lead form, canned chat, visit tracking, the inbox); richer features — invoicing, pipelines, SEO/outreach, white-label, and more — are paid. The prompt names the minimum plan that unlocks the feature you tapped.
On a trial? Nothing is locked
Section titled “On a trial? Nothing is locked”During your 60-day trial you get full access to everything. If you’re on the trial and see a lock, that’s unexpected — contact support.
After the trial, your account settles onto its plan and gating reflects that tier.
Unlock it
Section titled “Unlock it”- Open Settings → Billing.
- Pick the plan the prompt named (or higher).
- The feature unlocks as soon as the plan change goes through.
