VertaFlow is operator-run, so when you reach out, you’re talking to the people who actually build and run it — not a ticket queue.

The more of this you send up front, the faster we can fix it:

  1. Your workspace — the email you sign in with, or your workspace name.
  2. What you were doing — the page or action (e.g. “sending an invoice from Settings → Billing”).
  3. What happened vs. what you expected.
  4. Any exact error text shown on screen.
  5. A screenshot, if you can grab one.
  6. The link, if it’s about a public page (a contract, quote, or audit URL).
