What to include
Section titled “What to include”The more of this you send up front, the faster we can fix it:
- Your workspace — the email you sign in with, or your workspace name.
- What you were doing — the page or action (e.g. “sending an invoice from Settings → Billing”).
- What happened vs. what you expected.
- Any exact error text shown on screen.
- A screenshot, if you can grab one.
- The link, if it’s about a public page (a contract, quote, or audit URL).
Before you write

- Sign-in problems
- “Feature locked” / upgrade prompts
- Hit a plan cap
- Stripe & payment issues
- Widget not appearing
