Service Pro (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, Landscaping)

The Service Pro base is built for trades and field-service work, where the unit of work is a job and you schedule a crew to go do it. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and landscaping all run on this base.

Every vertical below shares the same Service Pro screens and dashboard. Only the wording and the subject hub differ.

Auto shops, photographers, and gyms also sit on this base but diverge enough to get their own pages — see Auto Shop / Automotive, Photography, and (for gyms) Wellness / Spa / Fitness.

  • Dashboard — jobs today, unpaid invoices, active clients
  • Jobs — the job board, tracked by status
  • Schedule — your dispatch calendar
  • Clients (your Customers)
  • Crew — the team you assign to jobs
  • Estimates and Invoices
  • Appointments (your Dispatches)
  • Activity

The Service Pro dashboard leads with today’s jobs — a live list of what’s on the schedule — then three tiles:

  • Jobs today — how many are booked
  • Unpaid invoices — outstanding amount and open count
  • Active clients — customers in your CRM

Quick links jump to the Job Board, Dispatch (schedule crew by time), and Invoices.

  1. A customer calls or submits a lead form; it lands in Clients.
  2. You create a job for the work, attached to the customer’s property (the subject hub keeps full history against that address).
  3. You send an estimate and, once approved, dispatch a crew member to a time slot on the schedule.
  4. The crew completes the job; you bill it with an invoice and a Stripe payment link.

Cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the trades attach jobs to a Property record. That means every visit, estimate, and invoice for an address lives in one place — useful when you service the same home or building repeatedly.

The generic Service Pro and Manufacturing verticals don’t use a subject hub; their work attaches directly to the customer.
