Lighthouse audits

The Lighthouse screen (/lighthouse) is where site audits live inside the CRM. It lists every audit job and lets you open any of them inline to read the scores and the AI insight — and download the PDF report — without leaving the page.

The header shows totals (audit jobs · marketing audits). Below it, audits are grouped into sections:

  • Batch Audit Jobs — Lighthouse runs, each with a URL, device, status, and created time.
  • Tools Jobs — audits run through the public tools surface (shown when there are any).
  • Marketing Audits — site audits captured from the marketing-site audit tool, tied to a lead’s name and email.

Statuses are color-coded: completed, running, queued, and failed.

Click a row to expand it in place.

For a batch / tools job, the expanded panel shows score rings for the four Lighthouse categories — Performance, SEO, Accessibility (A11y), and Best Practices (BP) — each scored 0–100 and color-banded (green ≥ 90, amber 50–89, red below 50). If the job failed, the error message is shown here instead.

For a marketing audit, the panel shows the audited URL, any captured metrics, and the AI insight / summary. If the stored report can’t be parsed into metrics, the raw report is still shown so you can read it.

When a job has a generated PDF, a Download PDF report link appears in the expanded panel. Marketing-audit detail panels likewise expose the report so nothing is a dead-end.

Prospects can run a free audit themselves from the marketing site (the homepage audit and the free-website-audit page). Those runs land here as Marketing Audits, attributed to the lead who ran them — so a self-serve audit doubles as a captured lead.

If an audit won’t generate or the PDF won’t download, see Audit failed or won’t generate.
