Hit a plan cap
Every plan has caps on contacts, sites, and seats. When you hit one, VertaFlow stops the action and tells you which limit you reached — it won’t silently bill you or drop data.
The caps per plan

Extra seats beyond your plan are +$15/mo each.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”Contact cap
Section titled “Contact cap”You’ve stored the max number of clients/contacts for your tier. Either:
- Remove contacts you no longer need, or
- Upgrade to a tier with a higher cap — see Upgrading & downgrading.
Site cap
Section titled “Site cap”You’ve added the max number of sites/verticals. Upgrade to Multi-Site (25) or Multi-Site Unlimited to add more.
Seat cap
Section titled “Seat cap”You tried to invite a teammate past your included seats. VertaFlow shows an add-a-seat prompt — confirm it to add a +$15/mo seat, or upgrade to a plan that includes more. See Team & seats.
