Team & seats
Add the people who work alongside you, give each the right level of access, and manage how many seats your plan includes. This lives at Settings → Team.
Every member has one role:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Tenant admin | Full access — settings, billing, team, every record |
| Staff | Day-to-day CRM work; no billing/team admin |
| Portal user | Limited client-portal access |
Change someone’s role any time from the members list.
Invite a teammate
Section titled “Invite a teammate”- Open Settings → Team.
- Enter their email and pick a role.
- Click invite. They get an email to join your workspace.
The panel shows “X of N seats used” so you always know where you stand.
Seats and the per-seat add-on
Section titled “Seats and the per-seat add-on”Each plan includes a number of seats:

Extra seats beyond your plan are +$15/mo each.
When you invite someone past your included seats, VertaFlow stops and shows an add-a-seat prompt instead of silently billing you. Confirm the seat to send the invite, or invite fewer people. You can also add a seat ahead of time from the same panel.
Remove a member
Section titled “Remove a member”In the members list, remove anyone who no longer needs access. Their seat frees up for your next invite.
