Contract / signing issues

Can’t check “I agree”
Section titled “Can’t check “I agree””The e-sign checkbox is required before you can sign.
- Make sure you’ve moved through the contract’s steps (form, add-ons, review) to reach the sign step.
- Click directly on the checkbox. If a tap doesn’t register, reload the page and try again — a stale/partly-loaded page can miss the click.
Page jumps to the top when you scroll
Section titled “Page jumps to the top when you scroll”If the contract scrolls back to the top on your first scroll, reload once — the page settles after a clean load. Then scroll normally.
PDF won’t load
Section titled “PDF won’t load”The signing page shows the contract PDF in an embedded viewer.
- Reload the page. The viewer occasionally needs a fresh load to initialize.
- Try a current browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Very old browsers may not render the embedded viewer.
- Check your connection — the PDF is fetched on the fly.
After signing
Section titled “After signing”Once signed, the contract is finalized and you’re handed off (to checkout or a thank-you page, depending on the contract). A signature produces a verifiable certificate — see Verifying a signed contract.
