Contract / signing issues

This covers the client-facing contract and signing pages. For how to send one, see Sending a contract.

The e-sign checkbox is required before you can sign.

  • Make sure you’ve moved through the contract’s steps (form, add-ons, review) to reach the sign step.
  • Click directly on the checkbox. If a tap doesn’t register, reload the page and try again — a stale/partly-loaded page can miss the click.

If the contract scrolls back to the top on your first scroll, reload once — the page settles after a clean load. Then scroll normally.

The signing page shows the contract PDF in an embedded viewer.

  • Reload the page. The viewer occasionally needs a fresh load to initialize.
  • Try a current browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Very old browsers may not render the embedded viewer.
  • Check your connection — the PDF is fetched on the fly.

Once signed, the contract is finalized and you’re handed off (to checkout or a thank-you page, depending on the contract). A signature produces a verifiable certificate — see Verifying a signed contract.
