Workspace settings
Workspace settings cover the whole account, not just your personal profile. They’re at Settings → Workspace.
Workspace name
Section titled “Workspace name”This is the name your team and your clients see. Edit it and click Save changes.

- Vertical — your business type (Agency, Service Pro, Restaurant, Retail, Wellness). It shapes your terminology and navigation. This page displays it; to change it, see How verticals work and Wrong terminology or nav.
- Plan — your current tier. Manage it under Upgrading & downgrading.
- Slug is read-only because it’s part of your URLs (public booking, quotes, contracts). Need it changed? Contact support.
