Legal & Real Estate

Both law practices and real estate offices run on the Agency base — pipeline, clients, projects, and invoices — with vertical-specific wording and a subject hub that fits how the work is organized.

A law practice keeps the Client label, but the work is organized around Matters:

TermRenders as
ProjectMatter
DealCase
ClientClient (unchanged)

Subject hub: Matter — the unit of legal work. Every estimate, invoice, and note attaches to the matter, so a client with several matters keeps each one cleanly separated.

Navigation: Dashboard, Pipeline, Clients, Estimates, Invoices, Projects (Matters), and Activity. A law practice’s nav stays lean — no widgets or preview-site tooling.

A real estate office is tuned for listings and showings:

TermRenders as
ProductListing
AppointmentShowing
ProjectProject
DealDeal

Subject hub: Property — work and history attach to the property record.

Navigation: Dashboard, Pipeline, Clients, Projects, Invoices, and Activity.

Because both sit on the Agency base, the spine is the same as Agency:

  1. A lead becomes a Client.
  2. You open a Case (legal) or a Deal (real estate) and move it through the pipeline.
  3. Work attaches to the subject hub — the Matter or the Property — so history stays organized by the thing the work is about, not just the person.
  4. You bill with estimates and invoices.
