Create your account
You create a VertaFlow workspace at app.vertaflow.io. Sign-up takes about a minute and does not require a credit card.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to app.vertaflow.io/auth/signup.
- Enter your work email.
- Enter a workspace name — this is your business name (e.g. “Acme Auto Detail”). It becomes the name shown across your CRM.
- Pick your vertical — Agency, Service Pro, Restaurant, Retail, or Wellness. This decides the terminology and navigation you’ll see. (You can refine it later — see Pick your vertical.)
- Click Start free — 30 days, no card.
VertaFlow provisions your workspace and emails you a one-tap magic link to sign in. Open your inbox, tap the link, and you land on your dashboard.
Other ways to sign in
Section titled “Other ways to sign in”VertaFlow supports more than magic links:
- Email + password — set a password (10 characters minimum) on the sign-in screen. This is the primary path if your email app keeps eating magic links.
- Continue with Google — shown when Google sign-in is enabled for your workspace.
- Passkeys — register a passkey for Face ID / Touch ID / Windows Hello sign-in.

What you get during the trial
Section titled “What you get during the trial”You start on a 30-day free trial with full access to every CRM feature — nothing is locked while you’re trialing. Came in through a Studio Build?
Section titled “Came in through a Studio Build?”If your account was created by ANTHONY. studios as part of a website purchase, your workspace may already exist before you first sign in. Sign in with the email on your project and VertaFlow links you to the workspace automatically. If it says it’s still setting things up, give it a moment and try again — the link is created the moment your payment is processed.
