What is VertaFlow

VertaFlow is one operator-run platform that pulls your customer records, your website’s lead-capture widgets, your e-signed contracts, and (optionally) your site itself into a single workspace. You run your day out of one app instead of stitching together a CRM, a form builder, a scheduler, an e-sign tool, and a website host.

The thing that makes VertaFlow different is that it changes its own vocabulary and navigation to match your trade. When you sign up you pick a vertical — Agency, Service Pro, Restaurant, Retail, or Wellness — and the app renames its records and reorders its menus to fit. A plumber sees Jobs, Crew, and a Schedule. A law practice sees Matters. A photographer sees Shoots and Packages. A restaurant sees Reservations, a Floor map, and a Kitchen display. Same engine underneath — different words on top.

What’s in the box

  • CRM — clients (your contacts), leads, a drag-and-drop pipeline, estimates, invoices with Stripe payment links, appointments, projects/jobs, support tickets, crew assignment, and an activity feed.
  • Widgets — a lead-capture form, live chat, a booking widget, a reviews widget, and a visit-tracking pixel you embed on any site.
  • Contracts — generate a public contract link, collect a legally e-signed signature, and verify it later from a public certificate page.
  • Your website — if you came in through a Studio Build (the custom site ANTHONY. studios builds for you), it plugs straight into the CRM.
  • Analytics — first-party visit tracking and a top-pages report, no third-party trackers.
