The Agency base is the pipeline-led setup for businesses that win work through deals and deliver it as projects: marketing and web agencies, consultants, and creative studios. It’s the default base, and the foundation that Legal, Real Estate, and Education build on too.

An Agency account’s sidebar leads with the pipeline and the work behind it:

  • Dashboard — open deals, unpaid invoices, active clients
  • Pipeline — your deal stages, drag-and-drop
  • Clients — every contact and account
  • Estimates and Invoices
  • Projects — the work you’ve won, tracked to delivery
  • Tickets — support items
  • Activity — the audit feed
  • Analytics — cross-brand visit and top-pages data

The full Agency vertical also surfaces UTM tracking, Widgets, Preview Sites, and the visit-tracking Pixel — the tools an agency uses to capture and attribute leads from the sites it builds.

The Agency dashboard leads with today’s appointments, then three headline tiles:

  • Open deals — count, with total pipeline value
  • Unpaid invoices — outstanding dollar amount and how many are sent
  • Active clients — total accounts

Quick links jump you straight to Pipeline, Clients, and Tickets.

  1. A lead comes in (from a lead-capture widget, the inbox, or manual entry) and lands in Clients.
  2. You open a deal for it and move it through your pipeline stages.
  3. You send an estimate; the client accepts it on a public quote link.
  4. Won work becomes a project you track to delivery.
  5. You bill with an invoice and a Stripe payment link.
  6. Post-launch support runs through tickets.

Throughout, UTM links attribute each lead to the campaign that produced it, and Analytics rolls visit data up across every brand site you run.
