Preview sites
Preview sites let you stand up a client’s website on a private URL, get it reviewed, and then promote it to live. Manage them at Preview Sites (/preview-sites).
The list
Section titled “The list”The Preview Sites screen lists every site you manage, with:
- Site — the slug.
- Custom hostname — the client’s own domain once they bring one (otherwise
—). - Plan — Fast Track or Flex Lease.
- Approved — how long ago the site was approved (Today / Nd ago).
- Status — Preview, Live, Paused, or Terminated.
Filter the list by status using the dropdown at the top.
Create a preview
Section titled “Create a preview”- Click New preview (top-right).
- Pick the client from your CRM client list.
- Enter a slug (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens) and choose the plan kind (Fast Track or Flex Lease).
- Custom hostname is optional — leave it blank until the client brings their own domain.
- Submit. You land on the site’s detail page, where you can copy the preview URL and send the first review email.
Review and go live
Section titled “Review and go live”Each preview gets a unique URL the client can review and leave annotations on. Once they approve, you promote the site to Live. Statuses also cover Paused (suspended, with an optional reason shown) and Terminated.
