Add-ons & extra seats

Two things you can buy on top of your plan without changing tiers: extra team seats and, on Power Lister, citation credit packs.

Extra team seats — $15/mo each

Each plan includes a baseline of team seats (see Plan caps). When you invite a teammate beyond your included seats, you don’t get a hard wall — you get an add-a-seat prompt. Each extra seat is a flat $15/mo, billed as a line item on your VertaFlow subscription.

To add a seat:

1. Go to Settings → Team (/settings/team). The panel shows “X of N seats used”.
2. Invite a teammate by email. If that invite would exceed your included seats, VertaFlow surfaces the add-a-seat prompt instead of completing the invite straight away.
3. Confirm the extra seat. The seat is provisioned and the invite goes out.

Extra seats stack on top of your included seats — so a plan that includes 5 seats plus 2 paid seats allows 7 members. Removing a member frees a seat for reuse. For roles and the invite flow, see Team & seats.

Note

If you’d rather raise the seat ceiling in bulk, upgrading a plan includes more seats — Power Lister includes 5, Multi-Site includes 10, and Multi-Site Unlimited is unlimited. Compare against $15/mo per added seat to see which is cheaper for your team size.

Power Lister citation credit packs

On the Power Lister plan, the citation / GBP outreach engine runs on credits — one credit submits your business to one directory. Beyond your plan’s monthly runs you can top up with a one-time credit pack at $2 per citation:

Packs are a one-time purchase (not a subscription) and the credits land on your account on successful payment. You buy them from the SEO / outreach surface — see SEO & outreach for how runs consume credits.
