Plans overview

VertaFlow ships in five plans. One is free forever; the other four are monthly subscriptions you start (or upgrade to) from inside the app. Every account opens on a 60-day full-access trial first — see The 60-day trial & website-client perk — so you can try the whole CRM before you pick a plan.

Prices are monthly and in USD. The plans stack: each tier includes everything in the tier below it.

  • Free vs paid is the biggest jump. Free gives you the lead-capture surface (capture, chat, inbox, visit tracking) but not the operating tools — pipeline, estimates, invoices, appointments, contracts, SEO, and AI all turn on at Pro. See Free tier limits for the exact line.
  • Pro → Power Lister adds the outreach engine: monthly citation runs and Google Business Profile work (the Power Lister). Everything else is the same.
  • Power Lister → Multi-Site is the agency jump: you go from one site to up to 25, and you unlock white-label widgets so each client site can be branded on its own.
  • Multi-Site → Multi-Site Unlimited removes the caps. The feature set is identical; you’re paying to drop the 25-site / contact / seat ceilings.
