Wellness / Spa / Yoga / Fitness
The Wellness base is built around the appointment book. Spas, yoga studios, fitness businesses, chiropractors, and healthcare practices all run on it. The dashboard is tuned for retention — it watches your rebook rate and no-shows, not just bookings.

Your navigation
Section titled “Your navigation”- Dashboard — appointments today, rebook rate, no-shows
- Appointments (Sessions / Classes / Visits) — the calendar
- Availability — the hours and slots you offer
- Packages — multi-session bundles and memberships
- Clients (Members / Patients)
- Invoices
- Activity
The Gym / Fitness vertical, which also sits on the Service Pro base in some setups, leans on Members, Classes, and Memberships as its wording.
Your dashboard
Section titled “Your dashboard”The Wellness dashboard is the only one with retention metrics built in. It leads with today’s appointments, then three tiles:
- Appointments today — what’s on the calendar
- Rebook rate — share of completed clients who booked again (rolling 60 days); higher is better
- No-shows — share of past appointments marked no-show (rolling 60 days) and the count missed; lower is better

Availability & packages
Section titled “Availability & packages”Two screens carry the wellness model:
- Availability — define the slots clients can book against. This also powers your public booking page, where clients self-schedule.
- Packages — sell bundles (a 10-session block, a membership) clients draw down from.
The case subject hub (chiropractic & healthcare)
Section titled “The case subject hub (chiropractic & healthcare)”Chiropractic and healthcare practices add a Case subject hub — a record for an ongoing course of care, so a patient’s visits, notes, and invoices group under the case rather than scattering across loose appointments.
How a typical flow runs
Section titled “How a typical flow runs”- A client books a Session (or Class / Visit) — through your public booking page or by hand against your Availability.
- Recurring care groups under a Case (chiropractic / healthcare).
- Multi-session Packages track what the client has left.
- The dashboard’s rebook rate and no-show tiles tell you whether clients are coming back — the health signal for an appointment-driven business.
