What's in each plan (entitlements)

Every feature in VertaFlow is tied to a plan. This page is the full matrix: what each plan unlocks, in the order the plans stack. Higher plans include everything in the plans below them.

A dash means the feature is locked on that plan. When you open a locked feature in the app, VertaFlow shows it behind a frosted panel with an “Upgrade to [plan]” prompt naming the lowest plan that unlocks it — see Upgrading & downgrading.

  • Free is the lead-capture surface: capture inquiries, answer them with canned-reply chat, watch traffic, and work the unified inbox. The operating tools are off.
  • Pro turns on the whole solo-operator CRM — pipeline, estimates, invoices, appointments, projects, tickets, activity, analytics, premium widgets, contracts, Lighthouse audits, the SEO panel, AI chat, and API keys.
  • Power Lister = Pro plus outreach — the citation and Google Business Profile runs covered in SEO & outreach.
  • Multi-Site = Power Lister plus the agency surface — white-label widgets, multi-site management, and internal keys.
  • Multi-Site Unlimited is the same feature set as Multi-Site with the caps removed. See Plan caps.

The feature names above are generic. The actual labels in your app depend on your vertical — “Clients” may read as Patients, Guests, or Members; “Projects / jobs” may read as Jobs, Matters, Shoots, Reservations, or Cases. The features themselves are the same. See the terminology reference.
