Retail / E-Commerce
The Retail base is built for selling product. Your customers are Customers, a deal is an Order, and the sidebar carries the full commerce toolkit: storefront, point of sale, orders, products, inventory, and loyalty.

Your dashboard
Section titled “Your dashboard”The Retail dashboard doesn’t lead with a “today” list (there’s no appointment book to show). Its three tiles:
- Outstanding invoices — amount and count not yet paid
- Active customers — CRM records
- Open pipeline — count and value

The commerce screens
Section titled “The commerce screens”Six screens are unique to the Retail base:
- Storefront — the front of your shop.
- POS — ring up sales at the counter.
- Orders — manage customer orders end to end.
- Products — your product catalog (add, edit, organize).
- Inventory — track stock.
- Loyalty — run member and rewards programs, viewed per customer.
How a typical flow runs
Section titled “How a typical flow runs”- A Customer buys — at the POS counter or through your Storefront.
- The sale becomes an Order, and Inventory decrements.
- Repeat customers accrue Loyalty rewards.
- Outstanding balances show as invoices on the dashboard.
