Retail / E-Commerce

The Retail base is built for selling product. Your customers are Customers, a deal is an Order, and the sidebar carries the full commerce toolkit: storefront, point of sale, orders, products, inventory, and loyalty.

Both share the same nav and dashboard; the difference is emphasis, not capability.

  • Dashboard — outstanding invoices, active customers, open pipeline
  • Storefront — your shop front
  • POS — point of sale
  • Orders — customer orders
  • Products — your catalog
  • Inventory — stock levels
  • Clients (your Customers)
  • Invoices
  • Loyalty — member / rewards programs
  • Tickets — support
  • Activity

The Retail dashboard doesn’t lead with a “today” list (there’s no appointment book to show). Its three tiles:

  • Outstanding invoices — amount and count not yet paid
  • Active customers — CRM records
  • Open pipeline — count and value

Quick links jump to Loyalty (member programs), Clients (customer profiles), and Invoices (sales).

Six screens are unique to the Retail base:

  • Storefront — the front of your shop.
  • POS — ring up sales at the counter.
  • Orders — manage customer orders end to end.
  • Products — your product catalog (add, edit, organize).
  • Inventory — track stock.
  • Loyalty — run member and rewards programs, viewed per customer.
  1. A Customer buys — at the POS counter or through your Storefront.
  2. The sale becomes an Order, and Inventory decrements.
  3. Repeat customers accrue Loyalty rewards.
  4. Outstanding balances show as invoices on the dashboard.
